All the above pictures are from the annual Philadelphia Audio Society Triode Show this past April. At the top left is none other than Mr. www.EnjoyTheMusic.com himself, Steve Rochlin, who was in great form(!) at this show taking many a picture of the abundance of very nice tube gear for his cool tube lust page on his web-site. To the right of Steve, is the head Techno-Shaman himself of the SE tube tribe, Harvey "Gizmo" Rosenburg, who is shown giving the benediction (so to speak) of the days activities. One of the nicer sounding amps of the day that was played is David Berning's Sigfried SV-811 amp shown below Steve & Gizmo. Berning was one cool guy to talk to about his unique Single-Ended OTL (yep, you read right!). Myself and one of my customers I attended the show with actually preferred the SV-811 version of this amp over the 300B. At somewhere around $4,000 (I think), this amp ain't cheap but it made some very nice music.
