NOTE: Why did the wiring have to be extended??? Golfs never came with lighted dash vents, so those connections are not in the Golf's wiring harness. So I just extended or made harnesses as necessary and spliced the LED lights into the Golf dash lighting system.

NOTE: After installing the center vent as shown above I was able to get and install the proper plastic Jetta center vent part that mates to the back of the dash vent assembly and forms a proper seal/mating to the center vent inside the dash.
